This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ (the “Company”). By using our proprietary trading services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds on Trading Losses

Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ provides access to proprietary trading capital, but it does not offer refunds for trading losses incurred while using our platform. All trading activities involve inherent risks, and by participating in proprietary trading, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of financial loss. Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ is not liable for any losses resulting from your trading activities.

2. Refunds for Upfront Fees

Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ does not charge any upfront fees for the use of its proprietary trading platform or capital allocation. If, in certain circumstances, a fee is charged (e.g., for specialized training or software), the following refund terms apply:

  • Full Refund: A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial payment if no proprietary trading activities or services have been utilized.
  • No Refunds After Service Utilization: Once trading capital has been allocated or any service has been provided (such as training or platform access), refunds will no longer be available.

3. Subscription Fees

If Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ offers subscription-based services (e.g., access to premium tools, educational materials, or data feeds), the following refund terms apply:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the subscription period after the cancellation date.
  • Renewals: Subscription fees will not be refunded after a renewal has been processed. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund under eligible circumstances, you must:

  • Submit a written request via email to [email protected] within the applicable refund period.
  • Provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 14 business days. Refunds, if granted, will be processed back to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Losses incurred from trading activities.
  • Termination of your trading account due to breach of the terms and conditions or risk management violations.
  • Refund requests submitted outside of the stated refund periods.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ takes any instances of chargebacks or payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to terminate your account and discontinue all services immediately.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Volity Prop L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
